Costa Bitezhan Hotel, Bitez

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered fantastic views, but some areas needed a bit of dusting. The staff, especially Elkhan the administrator, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was amazing, right on the beach with plenty of dining options around, although it wasn't ideal for swimming due to the shallow waters and boat presence. The dining options were good, and the overall value for money was decent.

The hotel we booked was a major letdown. The rooms did not match the website description at all, with two balconies but outdated and below basic interiors, broken fixtures, and even a non-functional safe that took days to get fixed. The cleanliness was also lacking, with dusty rooms and facilities that seemed untouched for weeks.
